Earl is the name set for the third major storm in 2016 – as well was for the next major eve update ([Name] 1.0)

In addition, some new 3D models (.gr2 files) got added. No new ships, though. But they now match their in-game sofHullName and no longer use the base t1 model, which allows unique models for them. At a later time.
